Wood core panels

All AFCeurope wood core panels are only built with 750kg/m3 density chipwood, in order to guarantee the maximum resistance in loading and long life for the floor. The panels are made by recycled wood and certificated E1 low emission of formaldeide.

Calcium sulphate panels

When the need is to have a high loading capacity, sound insulation, fire resistant, waterproof, dimensional stability and maximum stiffness in the raised access floor system, the choice can only be the calcium sulphate panels made by 1500kg/m3 density. 75% of the AFCeurope production is made by calcium sulphate panels because all our clients want to have the complete feeling of walking on a traditional floor.

Soft coverings panels

(laminate panels, PVC, linoleum, rubber, carpet) Both core panels can be covered by soft covering panels. This solution can be thought of as an entry level solution that gives your floor system the following characteristics: Laminating: Very competitive price, high resistance to scratches. Using the melamine finishing is one of the easiest surfaces to clean and the range of colours and designs are vast. It allows the designers and planners to find the best solution for any area. Pvc/Rubber added to the competitive price, a soft walking feeling and high range of models and colour compared to the laminate panels increases acoustic insulation Linoleum: a “nature feeling” is added to the same technical characteristics of Pvc surfaces. We suggest this kind of finishings in all cases of big yards and operative buildings.

For the areas of the building of continuous traffic and where we want to have the maximum resistance and the easiest to clean, the best solution is access floors with ceramic gres panels. The joining of calcium sulphate panels and ceramic gres tiles create the highest surface resistance and stiffness. For all the areas of high traffic, this kind of floor guarantees the maximum performance in resistance and low usury. The incredible range of colours and design guarantees the right choice for any interior solution.

Oxygen serie

A modern technology created the new surface of our oxygen series. A particular component of the gres tile makes the surface incredibly easy to clean. A particular chemical reaction in the presence of sunlight also changes the nitrides carbon in oxygen. This extraordinary reaction guarantee the best solution for all the areas where the need is the nighest standard of hygiene.

With Oxygen series, dirt is washed down by the water and can then be easily wiped off.
